Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 1 day.

       (excluding weekends and holidays)

ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING for Government, education, and most business accounts.

All other customers:
Over $40 = FREE shipping
Over $30 = $1.99 shipping
Over $10 = $2.99 shipping
At or under $10 = $3.99 shipping


On each product page, there is an icon that designates the typical shipping method for the product.
  • UPS® icon - the product ships via UPS Ground*
  • truck icon - the product ships via a freight carrier such as CH Robinson. Items too large to ship via UPS are shipped via freight carrier. During delivery, the driver is only required to bring the product to the tail of the truck. The customer must use a forklift and/or personnel to unload the truck. The customer may also call us to arrange inside delivery (lift gate and inside delivery charges may apply). The customer must sign for the shipment, but prior to that the customer should inspect the product and report all visible damage on the driver's bill of lading.
  • Free Local Delivery - select products are eligible for free delivery when the Ship To location on the order is near our headquarters in San Angelo, TX. Free Local Delivery is not available for orders shipping outside of San Angelo, TX. By default, items that are eligible for Free Local Delivery will not be assessed a shipping charge during a checkout. However, if these items are shipped outside of San Angelo, TX, a shipping charge may be applied after checkout upon review of your order. Please note that products on the order which are not eligible for free local delivery are subject to our normal shipping terms as described at the top of this page.


  • At this time, we only ship to locations in the continental United States (48 states).
  • Expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day or Next Day are not available. UPS Ground typically delivers 1 to 4 days after shipping.
  • We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.


If you order multiple items on one order, different items may be shipped from different warehouses and may be delivered at separate times.

If any items on your order are completely out of stock, we will contact you before proceeding with shipping. The options that would be available to you are:

  • Substituting an available item in place of the backordered item.
  • Shipping part of the order and waiting for the backordered item to become available.
  • Canceling the out-of-stock item from the order and shipping the available items.
  • You will only be charged for items that ship.


Any lead times or estimated arrival dates listed, such as "1-Day", "2-Day", etc. are best estimates based on typical stock levels at our warehouses closest to your location. Days stated are business days and orders placed after 3:00 PM Central will require an additional day. Lead time/ETA accuracy is subject to inventory availability.
