To submit a Quick & Easy Hassle-Free Return Request

  1. Sign in with your email and password.
  2. Click on Order History at the top.
  3. Click on your order.
  4. Click the checkbox next to the item you want to return.
  5. Click the Return Items button. The Hassle-Free Return Request form will be displayed.
  6. Select the reason for your return.
  7. Select your replacement preference (yes or no).
  8. Enter any comments, then click Submit.

Return Processing Details

  1. Please submit your return request* within 30 days of delivery.
  2. If you need replacement, we will immediately ship the replacement product(s).
  3. If we determine that a return of the original merchandise is required, we will give you a Return Authorization (RA) number that you will need to write on the package.
    • If we determine that a return of the original merchandise is not required, you may keep the merchandise.
    • Please return product in original packaging.
  4. Then, we will determine if the item needs to be returned via UPS or freight carrier.
    • UPS - We will ask you for an available date and time range for UPS to pick up the product. We will then schedule the pick up with UPS and send you a return mailing label to your email address for you to tape to the package. Expect UPS to pick up the package within your established time window.
    • Freight carrier - If the item is large or bulky, such as a desk, it may need to be picked up by a freight carrier such as CH Robinson. We will ask you for an available date and time range for the carrier to pick up the product. We will then schedule the pick up with the carrier and send a copy of the Bill of Lading to your email address. Expect the carrier to pick up the package within your established time window.
  5. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue you a refund for the original product(s) and charge you for the replacement product(s).
    • In special situations, we may ask for photographic evidence of damage in order to expedite the refund.

This Return Policy presents general guidelines for how Lighthouse Office Supply typically handles returns, and the Return Policy may change at any time without notice. All return requests are subject to approval by LOS.
